TAPS provides full or partial funding for the following:
(a) Ph.D. students in cultural anthropology from USA universities in methods of data collection during a summer course that lasts 6-8 weeks and that takes place every year between early June and August
(b) Any university student in any discipline who needs to collect data for her/his degree and who typically remains in the field for a year or longer
(c) Training for indigenous peoples
